Refund policy

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with tags attached for exchange or store credit only. No refunds. Returns may only be made at the store where the item was purchased within 15 days of purchase with original receipt. All jewelry and sale items are final sale.

Now with our online store being readily available to all customers. In the event you need to return an item for an exchange that was purchase online. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to our location. We will then in turn pay for the item or items to get sent back to you. The first paragraph guidelines still apply to online purchases. Anything sent back to the store where an exchange isn't the intention but rather just to return an unwanted item will receive in-store credit via an online gift card you can use at any time to purchase any of our online items without restriction. Online gift cards do not expire. You will be issued the full amount of the purchased items you send back upon us receiving them.
